About Mindy

  Innovative, versatile, and devoted about her craft Mindy Robertson has established herself as an accomplished Master Stylist in Texas over the past 16 years.

​

  Mindy chose to pursue her true calling in the beauty industry while raising four children as a single mother. She received her cosmetology license from International Business School in Midland, Texas in the year 2006. Upon completion she developed her career as a stylist with brands such as Regis Salons, JCPenney, Ulta Salons and independent stylists while using products such as Wella, Matrix, Redken, Privana, Keratin Complex, Chi, DryBar, and more. As well as techniques such as multi tonal coloring, glossing's, full-root touch ups, total blondes, corrective cuts and coloring, balayage, hand-painting, foils, clipper cuts, signature curl cuts, and extensions (tape-ins, sew-in, k-tip), and much more! She has received specialized CEU’s with many brands. Her innate talents in the industry opened doors to salon management and trainer opportunities with brands such as JCPenney and Ulta Beauty from 2007 to 2022.

  Mindy became an in-demand Master Stylist and Salon Manager in the Permian Basin, and now, DFW area due to her extensive knowledge and capabilities. She has grown from stylist to teacher over the years offering cosmetology education in-salon. The honor to have daily collaborative experiences with loyal clients has kept her rooted in the DFW area.

  Today, she acknowledges her expansive knowledge and continuous learning as the fundamental aspect of her achievements. Her skillset, creativity, and focus on the client experience consistently results in thoughtfully crafted haircuts, color, and styles perfectly tailored to each client.
